Terms and Conditions for Online Courses

By purchasing an online course from MDRN Creative Group Inc. (“MDRN”), you agree to the following:

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available for any reason. By purchasing, you commit to the full payment of the course fee.

One License per Purchase
Each purchase grants one non-transferable license for individual access. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in access revocation.

Lifetime License
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product, which may be modified or discontinued at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes in advance.

Financial Disclaimer
Courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. MDRN makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.

Hold Harmless
By accessing our course, you agree to hold MDRN harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation or use of course materials.

Payment Plans and Subscriptions
All payment plans are non-refundable. You are responsible for completing all payments as agreed. Failure to make payments may result in revoked access. If a subscription is canceled, access will end at the close of the billing cycle. Reinstatement requires full payment of the remaining balance.

Non-Transferable Licenses
Access rights cannot be sold, shared, or transferred.

Rules of Facebook Group
If your course includes access to a private Facebook group, you agree to maintain confidentiality and act respectfully. Screenshots, recordings, or reposting content are prohibited without consent.
Facebook group access is granted for you and one co-owner of your company, with additional seats available at extra cost. Violation of these terms may result in removal.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.

Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services

By subscribing to MDRN Creative Group Inc. services, you agree to the following Terms.

Subscription Services
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are outlined at the time of purchase. MDRN reserves the right to modify pricing or features with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made using an accepted credit card through our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment up to five times. An initial failure will result in suspended access. If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you will lose access to your membership products.

Cancellation and Refunds
THRIVE and GROWTH subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time by contacting [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Partial refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Use of Services
Subscribers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal or business use, as applicable. Unauthorized sharing, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Services is prohibited.

Service Changes
MDRN may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Data Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. MDRN is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with all applicable privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDRN Creative Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination
^{_{By You:}} GROWTH and THRIVE members may cancel their subscription by emailing [email protected].
^{By Us:} MDRN Creative Group Inc. may terminate your subscription for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Program Access Overview

GROWTH
Training Access: Full access to the training library while membership is active.
Coaching Calls: Not included.
Facebook Group: Access continues while membership remains active. If membership is canceled, group access ends at the end of the billing cycle.
Course Updates: Members receive ongoing updates and additions while their membership remains active.

THRIVE
Training Access: Full access while membership is active.
Coaching Calls: Included with an active membership.
Facebook Group: Access continues while membership remains active. If membership is canceled, access to the Facebook group and coaching calls ends at the end of the billing cycle.
Course Updates: Members receive ongoing updates and additions while their membership remains active.
Employee Access: Members may request one (1) employee login while membership is active.

THE CORPORATE HUSTLE, SCALE, THE CAT WEDDING METHOD & THE BANKABLE BOOKINGS BLUEPRINT
Training Access: Lifetime access for the lifetime of the product.
Coaching Calls: Included for twelve months from the purchase date.
Facebook Group: Access for twelve months from the purchase date. Group access and coaching call availability expire after twelve months, even though course content remains available indefinitely.

Program Access and Duration Policy

Access to training materials, community spaces, and coaching calls varies by program.

Growth and Thrive memberships include access to resources and community spaces while an active subscription is maintained. Active members also receive ongoing updates and new course content released during their subscription term.

The Corporate Hustle, Scale, The Cat Wedding Method, and The Bankable Bookings Blueprint programs include twelve months of access to group coaching calls and the private Facebook community, with ongoing access to training content for the lifetime of the product.

If a membership is canceled or a program term ends, access to all community spaces, coaching calls, and ongoing updates will be removed at the end of the billing cycle or the stated access period.

Terms and Conditions for In-Person Events and Workshops

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they outline the terms of use for any in-person events, workshops, or masterclasses offered by MDRN Creative Group Inc.

Event Attendance
Your ticket is valid for one person to attend in person. You must attend the event on the date and at the location specified on your ticket. Any other costs associated with your attendance (including travel and accommodation) are your responsibility.

Recordings and Materials
You may be given access to recordings or a re-recorded version of the event. This access is for your personal use only and may not be shared. All handouts, printable materials, and workbooks are for use in your business only and cannot be reproduced for resale.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We will do our best to provide a positive experience, but we do not warrant or guarantee any specific results. Individual experiences may vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDRN Creative Group Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability.
MDRN Creative Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising from your participation. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the registration fees paid for the event.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MDRN Creative Group Inc., its officers, employees, directors, partners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your attendance or participation in the event.

Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to the jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
