Terms and Conditions Of In Person Events/Workshops

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they set out the terms of use for any in person events, workshops or masterclasses offered by MDRN Creative Group Inc:

1. Event Attendance Your ticket is good for one person to attend in person. You must attend the event on the date and location specified on your ticket. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation expenses) shall be your responsibility.

2. Recordings and Materials You will be given access to the recordings and/or a re-recorded version of the course. This access is only for you and cannot be shared with other people. All handouts, printable materials, and workbooks are for use in your business only and cannot be reproduced for resale.

3. Warranties and Limitation of Liability We will do our best to provide you with an excellent and positive experience at the event, but we do not warrant or guarantee that any particular results will come from your attendance. Individual experiences will vary. We give no warranties in respect of any aspect of the event or any materials related thereto or offered at the event, and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing these Terms, disclaim all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the event and/or any information provided at the event.

In no event shall MDRN Creative Group Inc. or its officers, directors, employees, partners, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, or assigns have any liability to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, multiple, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, loss of use, business interruption, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, either in contract, tort, or under any other theory of liability, whether or not the possibility of such damage has been advised to you, from the event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement.

In no event shall MDRN Creative Group Inc.'s maximum liability hereunder exceed the registration fees paid by you to attend the event, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of liability.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any of the actions or conduct of other attendees or participants of an event. Program specifics, speakers and topics are subject to change without notice.

4. Indemnification (Hold Harmless) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MDRN Creative Group Inc. and its officers, employees, managers, directors, partners, members, agents, contractors, shareholders, affiliates, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all costs, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, fees, demands, and judgments, including court costs and attorney's fees, which may arise out of your attendance at and participation in an event, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.

5. Changes and Updates We reserve the right to make changes and update the Terms from time to time. You agree to be bound by any such modifications or revisions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Terms and any disputes or claims arising therefrom, related thereto, or arising from or related to your attendance at an event are governed by Ontario Law. You expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the province and federal courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the Province

Thank you for your interest in our online educational course offered by MDRN Creative Group Inc. ("MDRN"). By purchasing our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Once you have made the purchase, you are committing to the full payment of the course fee. Refunds will not be issued in the event of dissatisfaction with the course, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.
• One License per Purchase: You are granted one license to access the course. Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited. The license is granted to the person who made the purchase and is non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with another person, whether for free or for a fee, is a violation of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate access revocation.Access Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke access to the course at any time without notice if we suspect you are sharing your login credentials. This is to protect the integrity of the course and to ensure that it is only accessed by those who have rightfully paid for it.
• Lifetime License: Lifetime access to the course refers to the lifetime of the product, which is subject to change or discontinuation at any time. The course is designed to be self-paced and accessible at any time, however, we cannot guarantee that the course will be available indefinitely. If any changes are made to the course or if it is discontinued, we will notify you in advance.
• Financial Disclaimer: Our course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. We do not guarantee any financial outcomes or results from taking our course. Any financial decisions you make as a result of taking our course are entirely your own and you are responsible for them.
• Hold Harmless: MDRN is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our course or its contents. By accessing our course, you agree to hold MDRN harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the course or its contents.
• Payment Plan/Subscriptions: If you agree to a payment plan or subscription, there are no refunds. You are committing to the full payment of the course fee, which will be charged according to the payment plan or subscription schedule you agreed to. If you fail to make any payment on time, we reserve the right to revoke access to the course and all monies paid are non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you before revoking access to the course. However, if we are unable to reach you, access to the course will be revoked and all monies paid will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure that you make all payments on time according to the agreed schedule. If you default on your subscription and wish to regain access, you must pay all the remaining payments. We are unable to restart the subscription once it is cancelled.
• Non-Transferable Licenses: Licenses to access the course are non-transferable. The license is granted to the person who made the purchase and cannot be transferred to another person or entity. Violation of this clause will result in immediate access revocation.
• Rules of Facebook Group: If you are granted access to the course's Facebook group, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct: no screenshots allowed without consent, You will act in a respectable manner. Purchasing some courses may grants you Facebook access for you and one other co-owner in your company. Additional seats can be purchased at an additional cost. The Facebook group is designed to facilitate communication and collaboration among course participants. Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the group.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings shall be brought to a court in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In the event of any disputes, the laws of Ontario, Canada shall apply and any legal proceedings shall be held in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
