THE AI BACK OFFICE

FOR PHOTO BOOTH FOUNDERS

I’ve spent the last two years building an AI back office for my photo booth company, and it now runs a lot of our follow-ups, marketing and reporting. In this workshop I’ll show you how it works and which jobs in your business AI can take over this month.

We start with AI in plain terms: what it does well, what it can’t do (it won’t pack your kits or run your events), and which tool handles which job. Then we get into the backend. That means replying to inquiries faster, setting up a simple CRM, and handling a tricky client message without posting it in a Facebook group. You’ll see an example for each stage, whether you’re getting started, scaling, or running a team. I’ll also show how I keep proposals and lookbooks on brand, with a before and after.

The last part is a live demo. We’ll look at the generic captions and AI “photo booth” images that look nothing like a real booth, and why clients scroll past them. Then I’ll build a post and an image from a real event using a brand voice and photos of actual booths, and put the two side by side.

Stay on for live Q&A at the end, where I’ll also share how to join the founding cohort of Back Office.
