To update your payment:

• Visit Your Account Settings
•  Scroll to Billing Info or Subscription & Billing to find the option to Update or Edit details for your payment method

We offer a "Membership Pause" for our long-term members who have been with us for 8 months or more. This allows you to take up to a 3-month break without being billed while locking in your current pricing.

Yes! If you'd like to upgrade from Thrive Monthly to Annual, check out using the same email as your monthly membership, and we'll add the remaining days from your existing membership to the new one.
