We’re Hiring: Community Manager (Photo Booth Industry Preferred)
Part-Time | Remote | 10–15 hours/week

We’re looking for a Community Manager to support our growing coaching and education brand for photo booth business owners. If you're already familiar with the photo booth world — or passionate about helping small business owners grow — this might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Facebook & Kajabi Community Management

• Monitor and respond to comments inside our Facebook group

• Post regular engagement content, wins, questions, and celebrations

• Moderate posts and conversations to keep the group supportive and aligned with our brand values

• Add and remove members from the Facebook group as needed

• Manage and engage with our Kajabi Community — answer questions, spark conversations, and keep the energy high

• Post course or coaching updates and tag members to guide them through the experience

Light Content Support

• Write short community posts (tips, prompts, testimonials, polls, etc.)

• Celebrate wins, answer questions, and keep the group feeling personal and active

• Collaborate with the team to align content with upcoming launches or course milestones

Reporting & Feedback

• Track group engagement and member activity

• Surface feedback and common questions to the team

• Suggest improvements to improve the member experience

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are familiar with the photo booth industry.

• Have strong communication skills and love writing content that feels personal and helpful

• Are proactive — you don’t wait for someone to tell you to post, engage, or follow up

• Are organized, thoughtful, and passionate about helping others succeed

• Have experience managing Facebook groups and Kajabi Communities

Hours & Compensation

• 10–15 hours per week 

• $25/hour, depending on experience

Remote — open to candidates in Canada, the U.S., or similar time zones. (EST or PST).
