BACK OFFICE AI BUSINESS MASTERY Founding cohort

Hand the work between events to AI

Back Office is a live course on setting up AI for client follow-ups, your inbox and CRM, lead generation, marketing, proposals and hiring. It's built only for photo booth businesses, on the AI brain I made from my own methods.

What I see in booth businesses right now

A client changed their start time at 11:54 pm. Nobody on my team knew.

That happened at MDRN, with a team and a CRM. None of these slips are big on their own, and every one needs a person to catch it. When it's just you, you're bringing in the money, doing the marketing and holding every event together, so every gap lands on you.

  1. Inquiries that wait a day or two for a reply because you were working an event.
  2. Client details split between your inbox, your texts and your head.
  3. Chasing clients for forms and payments, and follow-ups that never get sent.
  4. Tricky client messages posted in a Facebook group to ask how to handle them.
  5. Marketing that drops first in a busy month, and AI posts with "photo booth" images that look nothing like a real booth.
  6. Needing attendants and not knowing where to post, what to write, or how to get through the applications.

How it runs at MDRN

In my business, AI does the work and tells me when it's done.

Most people use AI by opening it and asking for something: write this email, fix this caption. They still have to start every task. Every Monday morning I get an email with what's booked, which leads need a follow-up and what looks off before an event, and nobody had to ask for it.

Follow-ups

When a lead goes quiet, AI drafts the follow-up in my voice and lets me know it's ready.

Event details

It reads the client thread, spots what changed and tells my team, without anyone having to remember to check.

Marketing

Every post, blog and page sounds like us, whoever on the team writes it, with our real booths in the pictures.

Cat Bloch

Built from my own back office

I've run my photo booth business for 12 years, across corporate events and luxury weddings, and we hit seven figures in year eight. Then things started breaking. My team had documents for how we should sound, and our emails, captions and proposals still came out a little different depending on who wrote them. Our CRM, books, website and inboxes didn't talk to each other, and I spent hours in spreadsheets just to see the next few months.

AI is what filled those gaps, and it took two years and course after course to get it right. Those courses are good, and none of them were built for a photo booth business. So I adapted everything to how we work and built an AI brain from my own methods and what I've seen work in other booth businesses.

Today it runs a lot of our follow-ups, marketing and reporting.

Back Office hands you that brain and the setups I use every week, so you skip the months of working out how AI applies to a booth business.

What's inside

Back Office

AI Business Mastery for Photo Booth Founders

Inside the Back Office course

01

My AI brain

Everything inside is built on the brain I made from my own methods, everything in Photo Booth Mastery and what I've seen work in other booth businesses.

02

My skills and PROJECT SETUPS

For marketing, sales calls, proposals and dashboards. Skills come as ready-to-use files. Projects come with setup instructions and the list of files that go into each one.

03

Your own skills and projects

Then I teach you how to build your own, so the setup keeps growing with your business after the classes end.

Start with the classes for your stage

Every class is tagged by stage, whether you're at $30K doing it all yourself or $600K with a team. Take the ones that fit your business now, and come back for the rest as it grows.

What members asked me first

“I'M NOT TECHY”

You don't need to be. We build everything together, step by step, in the live classes, and every build comes with the files to load.

“I'M SLAMMED UNTIL JANUARY”

December covers the basics and the small builds. January is when we build the bigger systems, right when you have time.

“I ALREADY TOOK A COURSE"

Keep taking them. Back Office is built only for photo booth businesses, so you skip the months of figuring out how it applies to yours.

Back Office is for you if:

  • You're bringing in the money, doing the marketing and holding every event together
  • You have a team, and your emails, captions and proposals still sound different depending on who wrote them
